General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the ryulys.fr website by non-professional customers.

1. Products

The Japanese knives sold on this site are professional kitchen tools made of Damascus steel. We recommend use by responsible adults. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly from the actual product.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Ryulys reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, on the understanding that the price applied to the order will be the one in force at the time of validation.

3. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Ryulys reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock problem or fraudulent payment.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 8 to 15 business days. Delivery times are indicative. Ryulys cannot be held responsible for delays due to carriers.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

6. Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by French law.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, French courts will have jurisdiction. You can also resort to mediation via the European platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
